Just okay stay, I guess
dimly lit roomlimited channels
Well, the room seemed dimly lit, I am not sure why. The television was ancient with a pretty limited selection of channels. I tried to cast something from my phone, but no luck. Plus, I did expect a welcome kit, I mean, there wasn't even any water in the room. For the money, a guy expects a little more, right?

The room was quite spacious and clean . the hotel connects directly to moko mall and the mongkok east mtr station. this accessibility made it easy to get around and find dining options. the housekeeping was very thorough. I appreciated the attention to detail.
I found the elevator system a bit inconvenient. A staff member consistently checked room numbers. this felt somewhat stifling and unnecessary at times. it disrupted the flow, especially during non-peak hours.

the location is convenient it is connected to a big shopping center mtr access is very close i stayed in a plaza beautiful family room it was spacious my room had two double beds it worked well for my stay

we stayed for several nights and appreciated two large beds in the room. a kettle, fridge, iron, ironing board, safe and hair dryer were available. the room size was good and housekeeping provided fresh towels daily. i used the gym and swimming pool on the 8th floor. the sauna, steam room and showers were nice to have.
during my stay, the lift access to my room on level 19 was inconvenient because the lift only went up to level 18. i needed to walk up the stairs without a lift or escalator. this was difficult when carrying luggage and felt unacceptable for a hotel of this level.

the gym is equipped with treadmills and stationary bikes. the swimming pool area includes many loungers and a shaded section. these facilities contributed positively to my stay.

The hotel connects directly to the moko shopping mall (quite convenient, i must say). there are also many restaurants and shops available. the mongkok east mtr station is next to the hotel. Prince edward mtr station is a 10-minute walk away. laundry shops are easily accessible in prince edward.
the lobby entry to the lift had a noticeable unpleasant smell (it was a bit off-putting). i found that basic amenities were lacking. international charging plugs and shower caps were not readily available.
